HOW TO USE:

1. Shake the bottle gently before each use.
2. Remove the cap and hold the bottle upright.
3. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, close the other nostril, and press the pump to spray.
4. Administer 1-2 sprays per nostril as needed.
5. Breathe gently through the nostril after spraying to ensure absorption.
6. Wipe the nozzle clean after use and replace the cap.
7. Store in the refrigerator when not in use.
